Montessori Lock Cube

The Montessori Learning Cube brings together 4 different fasteners in one compact wooden cube measuring 12 x 12 x 12 cm. Each side presents its own task, where small hands can repeat a clear action again and again – opening and closing mechanisms at their own pace. Children aged 3 and up stay engaged through direct hands-on play, as every movement produces an immediately visible result on the cube. Birch and lime plywood give the cube a natural wood feel, and the cube shape keeps all 4 learning fasteners within reach during play. The varied hand movements support coordination, concentration and controlled fine motor skills – with no electronic effects or complicated setup required. The size also makes it easy to place the cube on a table, shelf or in a play corner for short practice sessions throughout the day. The cube suits quiet play moments at home, in nursery or in activity corners, where repeated fastening actions can be explored at an individual pace. Learn more about FSC® | FSC-C005308
