Bead Maze

This bead maze combines beads and stones in a compact play format measuring 9 x 16 x 17 cm. The base made from beech and maple wood is complemented by PP components and metal wires, creating a variety of materials and movement points that can be explored again and again. The bead tracks guide every sliding movement across the frame, while the stones offer an additional grasping and discovery element. The different components allow for several hands-on actions within a single play setup. Beads are guided along the curved metal wires with deliberate hand movements, supporting coordination and focus during repeated play. The stones add a second tactile task and bring more variety to the sequence of movements. The compact footprint keeps all elements close together, so the activity remains easy to oversee on a table, shelf or in a play corner. In everyday use, the bead maze suits both short play sessions and longer periods of focused handling – the wooden base and securely mounted wires provide a clear structure throughout. The combination of sliding, grasping and placing gives the set a steady rhythm that invites repeated exploration, suitable from 1 year.
