The Outdoor Bee House combines building, painting and outdoor placement in one 12-part craft set. Made from basswood, the house-shaped shelter measures 10 x 26 x 21 cm and is assembled in 30 minutes before the surface is finished with the included brush and paint. The pitched roof, open front and hanging hole give the structure a clear wall-mounted format for garden or balcony use.
During the build, the individual wooden parts create a focused making task that supports fine motor control and concentration through screwing, fitting and painting. The open compartments offer space for arranging collected natural materials such as twigs, cones or small branches, adding a personal finish to the bee house once the paint has dried. The compact format keeps the project manageable while still giving the finished shelter a visible presence outdoors.
The set suits craft sessions at the table, then moves easily to an exterior wall or sheltered outdoor spot after assembly. Age 6Y+ marks the recommended age for the project, and the included bee house, brush and paint provide the core parts needed for the activity.

Hallo Robert, die Farben sind leider nicht wasserfest.
Aus dem Grund vermerken wir in unserer Anleitung auch, dass das bemalte Haus am besten noch mit einem wasserfesten Lack (nicht enthalten) versiegelt werden sollte, bevor man es draußen aufhängt.
