Feel-Puzzle with Fabric

This fabric feel puzzle combines a wooden shape puzzle with familiar farm motifs on a 20 x 20 cm board. The set includes 5 pieces and uses textile surfaces on the animal areas to add a sensory element to each placing step. Pig, cow, sheep and hen are designed as large shapes that can be lifted out, turned and fitted back into their matching cut-outs. The plywood and MDF construction gives the board and pieces a sturdy base for frequent handling, while the textile elements offer a second point of interest beyond pure shape. Each movement connects the hand grip with surface perception, so the puzzle supports early coordination through grasping, aligning and fitting. The clear farm scene also helps match each silhouette to the right animal, making the task easy to read during play. From 12 months, the puzzle suits short play sessions at a table, quiet moments of discovery and first shape-fitting exercises with a caregiver. The compact 20 x 20 cm format is easy to store and brings shape play, animal recognition and tactile exploration together in one simple activity.
