Shape Sorting Cube

The shape sorting cube brings together 12 different wooden blocks and a compact wooden cube for a clear sorting activity suitable from 1 year. Each block has exactly one matching opening – children turn, compare and slot the pieces in one by one, practising controlled hand movements and building early shape awareness. The 13-piece set includes 1 cube and 12 blocks, offering a manageable structure that children can return to again and again. Natural and coloured wood creates a visible contrast between the pieces, helping to tell the different shapes apart during play. At approximately 14.5 x 14.5 x 14.5 cm, the cube fits comfortably on the floor, a low table or in a play corner without taking up much space. In everyday use, the cube suits both short sorting sessions and longer rounds of repeated matching and checking the openings. The straightforward fitting principle keeps attention on handling, comparing and placing – a calm activity for home use from 12 months.
