Montessori Geo Board

The Montessori Geo Board combines a wooden board with nails, 60 rubber bands and 24 cards in one compact geometry activity. On the 18 x 18 cm board, children aged 4Y+ place the rubber bands around the nails to build outlines, angles and picture motifs by hand, giving each task a clear mechanical action instead of a purely visual puzzle. The square format keeps the working area easy to oversee, while the nail grid supports repeated attempts with changing band positions and color combinations. Bass plywood forms the board, and the set pairs the tactile resistance of the rubber bands with visible geometric results on the surface. Alongside guided card tasks, the layout also supports self-directed shape making, where simple lines can turn into houses, animals or abstract patterns through new connections between the nails.
