Domino

This domino game transforms the classic domino principle into a picture-based matching game for ages 3 and up, using 28 linden plywood tiles. Instead of number dots, the rectangular tiles show a variety of animals and everyday objects — every move is about recognising motifs and finding the matching image. The tile size of 6 x 3 cm keeps the game compact while leaving enough surface for clear, easy-to-read illustrations. As the rows grow across a table or the floor, players compare pictures, turn tiles and decide where each piece belongs. This sequence keeps hands in motion and supports concentration through a simple, visible rule. The rectangular shape also makes it straightforward to build neat chains, restart a round quickly or sort the tiles by motif before play begins. Scope of delivery: domino game. Quiet rounds at home, short play breaks between other activities or a first introduction to rule-based matching — this wooden game suits them all. The picture-led format draws attention to observation and deliberate placement, while the 28 tiles offer enough variety for ever-changing laying patterns.
